Reservations: All reservations require a 2 night deposit, per week, plus tax, with balance due 4 days prior to arrival. Reservations of 3 nights or less or within 30days require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits & Balance can be paid by check via mail or by credit card via email invoice. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date receive 75% refund of deposit. Less than 30 day notice to arrival date results in loss of any payment made.

Holiday Reservations: Reservations must be paid In Full, 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of any payment made. Holiday dates/weekends include Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas and Spring Break and other special event dates require minimum 3 night charge.

Monthly Reservations: Month Reservations require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Pet Policy:  Your pets are our guests, but please keep the following rules. 

1. Pets must be leashed at all times.

2. Pets may not be chained outside or unattended.

3. Please pick up after your pets. As my mother says, leave it cleaner than you found it.

Tents: Tent camping is not permitted

​

Fire Pits: Fire pits are not provided. Guests may use personal fire pits that have a bottom so the fire & ashes are not on the ground. Trash can in provided for ashes and charcoal. Propane pits are allowed.

Sewer Adapters that screw in or lock in are required when hooking up to sewer.

​

Check IN: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM (No check in after 8:00 pm)

Check Out: 11:00 am 

​

Late Check In: Please notify the office if you will be arriving after 6pm. 

​

Parking: Due to limited parking space, please limit your vehicles to TWO (2) Units per site. Contact the office if you desire to bring additional trailers or vehicles to our park. Additional easy access, overflow parking is located in the city parking lot, across the river.
