Reservations: All reservations should be paid within 4 days of making the reservation. However, reservation of 3 nights or less or within 30 days require payment in full at time of booking. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date receive 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days of arrival date result in loss of any payment made.
Holiday and special event Reservations: Reservations must be paid In Full, 30 days before arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival will result in loss of any payment made. Holiday dates/weekends include Spring Break, Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas and New Year's as well as other special events require minimum 3 night charge.
Monthly Reservations: Monthly Reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.
POWER AND INTERNET OUTAGES: Red River as a small town experiences occasional power, water, or internet interruptions due to weather, utility-provider issues, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond the park's reasonable control. In such events, we are not able to provide refunds or compensation.
Pet Policy: Your pets are our guests, but please keep the following rules.
1. Pets must be leashed at all times.
2. Pets may not be chained outside or unattended.
3. Please pick up after your pets. As my mother says, leave it cleaner than you found it.
Tents: Tent camping is not permitted
Fire Pits: Fire pits are not provided. As long as there are no fire bans, guests may use personal fire pits that have a bottom so the fire & ashes are not on the ground. A trash can is provided near the office for ash and charcoal disposal. We reserve the right to charge $25 if ashes have not been disposed of into the can provided. Propane pits are allowed.
Sewer Adapters that screw in or lock in are required when hooking up to sewer.
Check IN: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (No check in after 6:00 pm without prior arrangments)
Check Out: 11:00 am
Late Check In: Please notify the office if you will be arriving after 5pm.
Parking: Due to limited parking space, please limit your vehicles to ONE (1) Unit per site. If you desire to bring additional trailers or vehicles to our park additional easy access, overflow parking is located in the city parking lot across the river.
